How can I deal with my emotionally draining family and job hunt at the same time?

I want to move out of my house but I need a job to do that. I'm finding it really hard to job hunt because my family are sapping all my energy. My Dad and sister are emotionally abusive and everyone just ignores this like their behaviour is fine. How can I job hunt and stay out of it?
