Mapelstory where is arwen the fairy?

I know she's in ellinia (sp?) but I cant find her anywhere! I've looked everywhere! Please, before you answer make sure you know exactly where she is where you remember she is... like, go check. I cant finish my quest because I cant find her ;__; [ps this quest is the one with the tree sap potion] i'm a cgynus knight.
