Phaleanopsis Orchid repotting?

I recently bought 2 clearance phals from lowes... very nice plants got one for 3 dollars and one for 7, only problem was the outer pots were broken. however, i am concerned that the moss that they are growing in is going to be harmful if they stay in it too long. the ventilation is low and the hold water too long and make the roots soggy. i am not over watering but the moss doesnt drain well. they plants are in full bloom, the newer plnat has 5 bloom spikes, only one has flowers. would it be bad to repot them now into a bark mix???
