What is an easy foreground plant thats also cheap?

Looking to put a "lawn" in my 75 gallon and need some kind of plant to cover it. Dwarf hairgrass was my first option, but they are so expensive. I will have moderate to high lighting, co2, and will fertilize. Anything besides java moss, even though it's the best plant in the world. I have too much of that stuff.
