Is a 210D fabric suitable for a Personal Watercraft cover?

I have found an inexpensive Personal Watercraft cover made of Polyester 210D. I won't use it for trailering, but for covering on the lift at the lake. I am looking for protection from rain, sun, tree sap, bird droppings, etc. Any opinions?
