What to do about wet bricks on a sunless patio?

Hi, I just bought a house and turns out the bricks on the back patio never get sun. Ever. We've had a ton of rain and they are constantly saturated- days after the rain. Is there anything I can do about this? Also, moss definitely grows, but are there any other problems this could cause as well? Thanks!
