For a non IT person which is better Oracle DBA or SAP BPC?
I am new to IT and would like to know if I shall get training in Oracle DBA or SAP BPC. What are the pros and cons of each???

ACNE TREATMENT HELP! (10 POINTS)?
Ok so i dont have a lot of acne on my face, but i do have some on my cheeks,chin and four head. I dont think i have sensitive skin but i dont know. My skin is combonation but mostly dry. So far i used St. Ives (it worked the first day but i think my face go to use to it cuz now its useless,i dont get more pimples and i dont get rid of them using this.),Clearise (does not work at all), and more. I want to try clean &clear acne advantage, clinque acne kit, andmaybe aveda outer peace. I would apprecitate it if you told me about some f those if u have used it or if u tell me about other suggestions. Im 13 and need to clear my face full of zits. Please help! Do I still need to feed the guppy fry?
Mine survived in the tank with the parents and without live plants just by scavenging the flakes that I fed to the adults. I wasn't really going for maximum survival though. What I did allowed like 3 to 6 babies to live. It was nice because it would be fresh new fish but not overpopulation. If you want more than this, try brine shrimp and fish flakes crumbled up real well and a lot of hiding places. Egg will will work too but I expect the brine shrimp will be hardest for the parents to eat all of.

Okay well I am great at mixing things to find something that works for almost everything, but my hair is a completely different story. I have thick hair and I am currently using Aveda shampoo and straightening stuff, my hair is soft and doesn't look greasy or anything, but I have no clue how to get rid of those hairs that frizz up randomly at the top of my head! I also live in a dry cold climate and dont know how to keep my hair very straight! So if you had these ideas or know how to stop them, can you tell me how? Help please!?

I think i might have a sick Python?
I've had a ball python for 8 months now and i was having problems with eye-caps, so i decided to take the python to a reptile vet. He told me that the eye-caps would come off in the next shed, and he probed the python at the same time and told me that she was female. that was about three months ago, she was ok for a while and the last two months she hasn't eaten or shed properly, she did start to shed two months ago and hasn't shed her skin off yet,and hasn't eaten or passed any excrement. I have a large piece of bark in the tank and a heat mat under the water dish and under the bark i have a moss filled container (which is kept moist) so she can go in, I've noticed tonight that the end of her tale has gone black and hard and round the area that the vet probed her, it has gone crusty and hard. Als her breathing has gone bubbley If you can help or give any advice it would be much appreciated.

regardless of what color your hair is they can't charge you extra. I had the same problem to and their base price was $60.00 and that's all I had paid. I have tried changing my hair color back to normal for about 7 months and when I went there the products they used did it!!! yay!! But seriously, that can't charge you extra. Call and see and by the way they didn't have to do anything extra it just had to sit a little longer than normal. Goodluck!!!

I have extremely thin hair! The only product over the counter that I have found is Pantene's "Thin hair" Volume. It gives my hair body without the build up of oils!

I would advise you to stop flat ironing your hair daily on super high heat and start deep conditioning your hair weekly. Gradually trim off the damaged hair and start babying your hair. Yes it should it might take a while as most do but it gets rid of acne and the red blotches which I had it's just irritated skin from having to many pimples on that spot... Hope this helps:)

What light should I use for growing aquatic plants?
I've decided I'm going to invest into a 20 or 30 gallon tank and begin growing my own aquatic plants. Does anyone know what kind of light I should use? I'm only going to grow simple beginner plants for now such as java moss, java fern, and anubias. After the plants get growing I want to add in some tetras, so I want to make sure whatever light I need for the plants is also safe for the fish as well. I really appreciate all the help :)

So i guess if you read all of this thanks. First off, im Savannah im 17. I am 6 months into my 13 months at the cosmetology school Aveda. Ive wanted to do hair since i was about 12. You want a nice quality pump, Medela and Avent are both good and I can use my Medela without pain. It shouldn't be painful, pain means you may be damaging your nipple. Medela also has many "flute" sizes to get a comfortable fit. If you will be pumping for awhile then the couple hundred dollars is a good investment, Medela also makes manual pumps that are quite a bit less expensive. Do not get a brand that makes lots of other products like Evenflo, (Avent is the exception), generally speaking you should be planning to pay at least a hundred or more for a double electric pump, stay way from ones that seem too good to be true (like a double electric with carry bag, bottles, etc for only $30.00).
Is it smart to go to college at age 42?
I'm 42 and wanting to really make something of my life now that I am divorced. I feel that with todays economy I'm really going to have to have a huge advantage over younger players in the work force. How often to replace zoomed moss (crested gecko)?
I just purchased some zoomed moss to help retain humidity in my new crested gecko's enclosure. I heat the tank using either the red 60watt bulb or heat mat and I keep damp towels on top of the screen. Humidity stays around 50-80%. I just put in the moss today and the package says to clean the moss 2-3times a week and not replace it until 3-4 weeks. How accurate is this?

Can a shotgun barrel be cut then threaded?

What kind of fish should i get?
i have a freshwater 20 gallon long with 6 neon tetras, 2 cory catfish, 2 african dwarf frogs and an otocinclus. everybody gets along great and i have a very good feeding strategy for the frogs so they always get the right amount of food. (african dwarf not clawed so they wont eat any fish so please don't state that). i want to get a fish that has that shark look too it that will grow around 5 inches or less. and that will "monitor" the tank as the "big guy". i was thinking between a Betta or a Red Tail Shark. the tank is planted with buds that should be germinating soon. 4 grown bamboo plants a moss ball driftwood and 3 caves. making more caves won't be a problem. I'm good with taking care of my tank and i plan to still get better. also i can't upgrade to a bigger tank (said the landlord). please help me out i want to complete my aquarium. also has heater, and filter and hood with lights and all that god stuff.

After being on academic probation for two semesters, despite my best efforts, my college informed me that I would no longer be receiving financial aid. I have orange things in my hair o.O?
two days ago i went to the beach, and my scalp got a little bit sunburned. my scalp isn't the healthiest mind you...i dunno what's wrong with it, but it stings when i get it wet or wash it sometimes and is fairly itchy pretty much all of the time. anyway, last night i noticed i had a fairly hard lump thing really close to my scalp (not sure if it was actually attached or not) just next to my part. i thought it'd just be some flaky skin, but when i pulled it out (which hurt a lot) i found it was an orange lump thing. it looked like crystallised sap or something...a little transparent, and was about 1mm in diameter, so pretty small. i'm not sure what's going on...but it's weird. this morning i found one again in the same spot. anyone know anything?
Why is my Eastern baby box turtle's shell soft and she is lethargic?
I have a 3-6 month old Eastern baby box turtle? Lately I have noticed her eyes closed and she is moving slowly. I hope she is okay. I have on 1 side peat moss & cypress mulch and the other side shelf liner. She has been eating roaches , red wrigglers, and meal-worms. This is been going on for about 24 hours as best I can guess. She is in a 20 gallon with a 100 watt regular household bulb and UVB bulb, SHe has fresh water and greens daily. SHe is usually bright bubbly and moving about. Her shell seems soft to the touch. It always has been on the under side. SHe has 2 hiding spots and she is misted daily. Given a soak weekly? I am awaiting a MVB bulb in the mail in hopes this works better. I researched the sphagnum moss bedding before using as this is supposed to hold moisture better. I purchased him on 1/2/11 from Turtles Inc

How to breed blue rams?
I have 2 blue rams, one male the other female (sexing is correct). And i am trying to have them pair up and breed together. My water temp is 28.5 degrees centigrade and my nitrite, ammonia and nitrate levels are at 0. my water is also soft as the tap water in sydney australia is very soft and my PH is 6.2. My aquarium is 75 litres (20 gallons) and it is planted with live plants and decorated with wood and java moss and also has flat rocks (which i believe the rams attach their eggs to). So i think the conditions are ok. however my male ram just seems to want to chase, flare and nip at the female and the female like declines him or something. Help with my Java Moss please?
So, I've got my "little" tank, I'm not new to this, or I didn't think I was. I have always used silk plants until now, and I decided it'd be nice to have some real plants, so i did some digging and found Java Moss was "extremely easy" to grow. So I bought a small ball and wedged it between my rock and ornament. Then I waited. To my dismay instead of it growing rapidly, it died. What did i do wrong?

I really love the look of the entire aquarium being carpeted over with moss, I've researched and found a couple ways to make it grow onto a wall but does anyone know a good way to get it to carpet the floor of the tank? I dyed my hair for the first time at Aveda about 2 shades lighter. I really love the color but my hair feels dryer than usual. My hair has always been very well moisturized but now although its not horrible it just doesn't feel the same. I use a deep conditioner often,I always have, even before I dyed my hair. You can't get a job in Japan unless you have a working visa, but you can't get that work visa unless you have a sponsor (AKA a job) lined up in Japan. It's a complete catch-22 and it drives everybody up the wall. The sponsor is legally obligated to buy you a plane ticket to your home country if you prove that you have insufficient finances, so you can see why most people don't sponsor just any random qualified person that mails his/her resume over from abroad. Hi, I'm a guy, dating a girl. About a month ago we almost broke up because my girlfriend lied to me about something that I considered a big deal, and subsequently dumped me over txt messages because I got upset and went home after I found out she lied to me. She then denied that she dumped me and lied to me the same night. It wasn't the second time she threatened to dump me, so I got fed up, and I said that I think we need to break up or at least take a break to think about what we really want in our lives. We wound up taking a break and we officially decided not to break up 5 days later. She also admitted that she lied about something major that was the catalyst for us to get together (she called out of work with a hangover, she didn't want to admit it, I was the only sorry sap that believed she didn't drink, and I defended her and wound up getting everyone to apologize to her). Since we've decided to get back together, I've been having huge trust issues, from where she's going who she's going to be with, etc., etc. This past week, (A guy that we mutually work with spontaneously came to me the very next day after her and I were discussing sexual "stuff" with sexual advice about that stuff. I asked him "do you know my girlfriend?" then told him I was just kidding. A week later he got pissed off at me for something trivial, and with a grin on his face said to me "so what did you mean by do I know your girlfriend"), so on Wednesday I came up to my girlfriend and asked her "Would you ever cheat on me?" I told her that I wasn't accusing her or thinking that she would but I just needed to hear her answer. She got upset that I asked her! So then this Friday (new years) I get to her house at 10:30 and I go to kiss her and I smell hard alcohol on her breath. (the back story here is that I'm a recovering alcoholic, I have not had a drink for 2 years, I've told her several times that I don't mind if she drinks once in a blue moon but to tell me the truth and be upfront about it). I tell her what I smell, ask her if she used any new mouth wash, any sort of anti bacterial hand wash, etc. (trying to figure out why I smelled that) and she says no to all of it. I tell her that its got to be just me then and that I couldn't explain why I smelt it. In the car to Time Square she's not talking to me, blowing air out of her mouth. She tells me she's hurt that I asked her that. (I didn't ask her if she drank) I start getting suspicious because she's acting hurt (suprise, shock, anger, or brushing it off would be more appropriate I think), I ask her if she'd be willing to take a breathalizer, she says "no" and I tell her "then I think your lying to me". Long story shorter, we start arguing, she says she's upset because I said I think she was lying, I tell her that when she told me she was unwilling to take a breathalizer that made me think she was lying, then she denies ever hearing me ask her that, and tells me she doesn't know what she said no to (mind you we're sitting at a bar at this point because she wanted to take me to an Arabic restaurant). Anyways, long story short, ever since we've had our fight a month ago, I have had the worst trust issues ever, I'm driving myself crazy, I'm loosing sleep, I'm a mental wreck, I want to trust her, I love her and I don't want to leave her, but I can't seem to trust, I feel like I'm messed up and have really bad personal issues, I feel like I'm destroying our relationship with my lack of trust, I feel like I'm out of control. I don't want to hurt her, I don't want to kill our relationship, but I just don't know how to trust right now. Can anyone please help me out? Maybe direct me somewhere where I can begin working on my trust or how to start working on my trust. I can't continue on like this. Thanx.

I have thick curly hair and I wash it every night with Tresemme Flawless Curls shampoo and I use Tresemme Flawless Curls conditioner about 3 times a week. The only styling products I put in it are Aveda Light Elements Smoothing Fluid and Frizz-Ease Dream Curl Curl Perfecting Spray and I put those in everyday after I wash my hair. But I heard its bad to wash your hair ever day so how often should I wash mine?

SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) Appeal?
i just got a letter from my school about a letter that I'm not satisfying the SAP or Satisfactory Academic Progress of my degree. I'm currently a senior taking electrical engineering at UNLV. I transferred from the Philippines back in 2006 but I wasn't able to go back to school until Spring of 2010. I took 170 credits from my previous school, which is 44 credits short from earning my Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. I switched to Electrical Engineering at UNLV because most of the courses I took before are transferable to UNLV. I did process the transfer credit paperwork and submitted my transcript from my previous school. They awarded me 134 credits but some of it does not have an equivalent to any subject in UNLV or if it does, it doesn't satisfy the degree requirements of my major. I already took 2 semesters at UNLV and they sent me an email stating that I'm close to the 186 credit limit in order for me to be eligible for financial aid. I browsed little bit on the financial aid website and found an appeal form for the SAP. I don't know what to do from here on. I can't afford college because I don't live with my parents and I support myself. Please help me with this situation. Thanks

New Chihuahua: Male or Female?
Question simple: Male or Female for our new Chihuahua. We have two already. Duke is a 3 year old Male Deer head and Diamond is a 1 1/2 year old Female. We don't want it to be battle of the sexes! The male is a "humper" but not aggressive, the female is a complete sap but also isn't aggressive. They get along fine, but i'm a little skeptical of allowing my family bring another animal into the family and disrupt "the balance". I've heard several different stories...."Two females with get territoral....two males with try to dominate the female" etc......there is my delemia

Well first of all, cut down on all those acne washes, they do damage to your skin and cause redness and drying. You do not want to do more damage to your skin. If i were you, i would schedule an appointment my doctor to ask for TAZORAC. It is an acne cream that works well, cleared me up in a week, and i was a bad case. It doesnt dry your face up, doesnt cause redness, and doesnt have bad side effects, unless youre allergic for it. It is a prescription medicine and it will cost around $80 for a month supply but im sure your insurance will cover it. Dont be shy to go to your doctor. I swear, try TAZORAC cream for a week and youll see something happen.

We live in a society tht will continue to spread their legs and then spout how they have a choice in whether they abort their child. They want to believe that what their doing is not indeed murder, so they refuse to listen to medical facts such as when the heart beat starts and what is actually taking place in the womb. They lay there on the table and think of how their dodging a bullet, think that maybe they'll use birth control next time, they probably don't actually try to see what's going on "down there" they don't watch as the baby's sucked out and as the heartbeat stops. It's sad that these woman who so strongly believe in pro choice could agree with women using abortion as birth control as they tuck their young ones to bed at night. I guess i need to do some thorough research as to the numbers ( I try not to know because it's too damn sad) but I'm sure that every day their child lives another one dies. The women who carried her unborn child in her womb till 9 months passed just to deliver a stillborn and grieve for the loss of what she held dear, all in vain, and their women who so nonchalantly throw away their child because it doesn't fit into their lifestyle. Such a sad day when more people agree with it than not. When will women come to realize that spreading their legs was their choice. I guess when more become unselfish and more responsible.

Wow, those are freaky looking! We don't have anything like that here in Minnesota, but if it is a scale, they can be hard to get rid of. If your plant isn't too large, I would start by hand picking/squishing them. If that isn't possible you need to find an insecticide that will kill them. It will probably take multiple applications until you get them under control. Most adult scales have just what their name implies, a hard shell like covering that protects them.

Personally I have never used Kerastase but I can honestly say since using Aveda's products my hair has never looked better! It has always been so dry and unmanageable but since using the Aveda products it's like different hair! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hi, I just bought a house and turns out the bricks on the back patio never get sun. Ever. We've had a ton of rain and they are constantly saturated- days after the rain. Hi, I'm currently and Aveda student in Florida and I think the school is great! I started in August of this year and I am happy with it so far. I do believe it is worth it. I had to pay around 18,000 which seems like a lot, I know, but if this is really something you want to pursue then this is deffinately the school to go to. You just need to have a copy of your high school diploma or G.E.D. They do not ask for transcripts or S.A.T. scores. The Aveda program is 13 months long but worth it in the end when you graduate. Every salon owner or stylist that I know understands the extensive Aveda program and are glad to accept Aveda graduates into their salons. Aveda really prepares you for a job in a salon right after you graduate. I really hope that this helps, let me know if this is what you decide to do. First, I wash and condition my hair with a aveda shampoo and conditioner, then I put aveda's confixor in my hair immediately after towel-drying my hair. After that, I put aveda's Glossing Straightener in my hair from roots to tips distributing the product evenly with a comb... Then I blow dry my hair straight with a straightening pick that attaches to my hair dryer... After my hair is blow dried, I apply Tresseme's Heat Tamer spray throughout my hair and straighten my hair with my Helen of Troy ceramic straightener... Then I'm done, and my hair immediately starts to get curly mostly near the ends and underneath right when I step foot outside... Please help me solve this desperate problem!!! Looking to put a "lawn" in my 75 gallon and need some kind of plant to cover it. Dwarf hairgrass was my first option, but they are so expensive. I currently go to a university and have always wanted to be a cosmetologist but I didn't think it was something that I really should do. Hair stylist only please (redken haircolor)?
I am starting in a new salon doing booth rent and i am having a hard time with picking out a color line. I have been working with Aveda color (which is completely different than other color lines) I cannot use aveda unless i am in an aveda salon. Will my hair color fade?
I have natural black hair. I dyed it for the first time a few days ago at Aveda to a medium brown (permanent). Everything came out fine except for my roots, for some reason those came out orange/red, like a ginger. The stylist went ahead and put a brown demi color over where it was orange and the color looks perfect. My fear is that because the brown is demi it will fade and I will get stuck with the orange. Will this happen? Will I have orange hair? Will the orange fade away? Also, does Aveda permanent color fade? and if it does, to what color?

Just because its not foaming doesn't mean its not cleansing. Part your hair in section and was one section at a time. Also you can use conditioner as you can shampoo to get out dirt that may still be there. It takes practice to find a method that works.

My thing is now U have every breeder and their momma coming up with a different breed of dog. If the parents are from 2 diff rent breeds its a Mutt.Yokipoo, labradoodle, Yorkie Maltese, shih-poo most of these dogs even come with papers? These dogs are VERY expensive. I recently bought 2 clearance phals from lowes... very nice plants got one for 3 dollars and one for 7, only problem was the outer pots were broken. however, i am concerned that the moss that they are growing in is going to be harmful if they stay in it too long. the ventilation is low and the hold water too long and make the roots soggy. i am not over watering but the moss doesnt drain well. they plants are in full bloom, the newer plnat has 5 bloom spikes, only one has flowers. would it be bad to repot them now into a bark mix???

SAP Global Work Roles - T/F: one GWR per user with predefined list of transactions?
Involved in an SAP implementation and need to verify something I believe as fact. Isn't it true that SAP has Global Work Roles that are assigned to each user, and that these GWRs have predefined lists of transactions that cannot be edited?
What types of chairs do moss and roy have in the british comedy "The It Crowd"?
I cant find any information as of what type of chairs they use. Moss's is a brown fabric office chair with 3-4 parts and a wood back, and Roy's looks very similar except its leather.
