After installing a new MSI GTX-460 Hawk in my computer, it is running incredibly slow. Why?

that shouldnt be happening. if you get different results by only changing the video card, you might need to RMA the card.....and if you understand a bottleneck, why bloody fukc did you buy that card!?!?!?!
