Will my financial aid be taken away????

This was the worst semester ever!!!!! I am an honors student, I usually get A's and B's. I cry everytime I think about this sem. anyway this was a very hard time for me so I only took 3 classes. I got 2 C's :( and 1 D T-T. Will I still get my financial aid??? Also I transferred my financial aid to a new school, so do they check my SAP from my old school???
