Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal?

I am trying to appeal SAP but have no idea what to include in my appeal, or what my chances are. Last year my roommate and best friend attempted suicide, followed by my brother attempting less than a week later. and then my girlfriend at the time had an abortion without my knowledge. I have no idea how to go about the appeal.
